How to Apply
Karpaga Vinayaga Matriculation Higher Secondary School welcomes Application Form from students of all backgrounds. Admissions are open for classes LKG to Standard XI.
Application Process
- Obtaining Application Forms: Application forms and prospectus can be obtained directly from the school administrative office on all working days.
- Application Cost: Rs. 200/- per Application Form.
- Admission Period: Forms are distributed and accepted during the months of March, April, and May for the academic year starting in June.
- Submission: Filled in Application Forms along with all required certificates should be submitted to the school office within the specified deadline.
Required Certificates & Documents
Parents must submit the following official documents at the time of admission to complete the enrollment process:
- Copy of the official Birth Certificate.
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (not applicable for LKG/UKG new entrants).
- Copy of the family Ration Card and Aadhar Card.
- Copy of the Community Certificate (BC / MBC / SC / ST).
- Two recent passport-size photographs of the student.
Fees Structure & Terms
Fees are charged in accordance with the norms set by the School Fee Determination Committee, Government of Tamil Nadu.
Payment Schedule & Policy

Term Fees: School fees are split into three terms:
- I Term Fees: Paid at the time of admission / school reopening in June.
- II Term Fees: To be paid in the month of October.
- III Term Fees: To be paid in the month of January.
- Concession: A 5% concession on term fees will be granted to parents who pay the fees for the entire academic year in a single installment on or before 4th June.
- Refund Policy: Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
